Mika Hadar

I am a visual artist and a poet.

I studied pottery, photography and sculpture in London and painting in Verona, Italy.

In art, I look for the experience beyond the visible. I look for the mystery, something that resonates with yearning and longing, the moments of wonder.

Photography – I love the awareness that photography can bring. The moments when the mind focuses and observes with full attention—an intimate connection between the viewer and the viewed.

Poetry - My poetry book ‘ In The Seam’ was published in 2016 in Hebrew and English. My current poetry book, ‘The Third Watch’, will be published soon.

I live in London and share my time between London and Tel Aviv. I teach and photograph internationally.

Mind-Body - I teach and practice Yoga, Meditation and the Alexander Technique.
